One national refresh target.
14 collectorsAll collectors share source backoff. One minute is the target check interval, not a guarantee of availability or notification delivery.
A sweep you can measure.
Waiting for the schedulerA store counts only when every configuration has been observed after this sweep started.
What these numbers mean
Freshness uses the oldest observation across all configurations at a store. A partial check does not make a store current. Unknown stores are not counted as unavailable.
A full-country refresh is the measured time to successfully recheck every listed U.S. store after a sweep starts. If Apple omits a location from pickup results, the sweep remains incomplete. The observed-store refresh measures a separate group of stores that had complete data when that sweep began.
The scheduler prioritizes the oldest stores and uses learned search groups to refresh other old stores in the same request. The request budget and source backoff still apply. Planning estimates, when available, are labeled and are not measured durations.
